Merrie Waldo, RDH

Growing up, Merrie Waldo knew she wanted to help people with their health, but did not always know she would be a dental hygienist. Merrie says the opportunity “fell into her lap,” and she is certainly glad it did. As a hygienist, Merrie gets to help people every day. She comes into work each morning excited to see her patients and cherishes the connections she fosters with them, particularly those who are just beginning their oral health journeys.

In 2015, Merrie graduated from Indiana University of South Bend with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time, Merrie enjoys reading books, singing, listening to music, biking, camping, spending time with her family, and cuddling with her two dogs.
